Some data is collected when you provide it to us. This can be data you enter in a contact form, for example. Other data is collected automatically or after your consent when you visit the website by our IT systems. 5. Data collection on this website

Cookies

We use necessary storage to save your privacy choices, operate the website securely, and provide essential site functionality. The legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

During the temporary Beetle rental offer (26 August to 2 September 2026), we also use necessary local storage to display the offer – as a dialog or a slim teaser depending on the page – automatically no more than once per browser session and to prevent it from appearing automatically again for seven days after it is explicitly dismissed. The slim teaser also disappears automatically after a short time. This storage is used solely to control the offer and not for profiling or advertising.

Optional statistics services and advertising personalisation are only activated after your explicit consent. Technical Google Ads conversion measurement and campaign attribution, when configured, operate independently of that choice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Your stored privacy choice is kept for up to 180 days and then requested again.

Statistics / Google Analytics 4

If enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement and website improvement. Without your consent, Google Analytics is neither loaded nor configured and this service sends no requests to Google. Only after your consent do we load and configure Google Analytics; cookies or similar storage technologies may then be used and usage data may be transmitted to Google. We configure Google Analytics with IP anonymization.

Contact and service requests

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process the details you provide to handle your request and communicate with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

For enquiries submitted through our website, we store the enquiry in our own lead database at our hosting provider before sending notification emails. This includes the contact details and message you provide, the immediate enquiry context (for example the form used, page, contact CTA and submission time), and technical mail-delivery status. This supports reliable processing and traceability, including when email delivery is temporarily unavailable.

For cross-visit campaign attribution, we store the first campaign touch locally in the browser and write explicitly supported UTM parameters, the external referrer domain and advertising click identifiers to the lead database when the form is submitted. Full referrer URLs and arbitrary URL query parameters are not retained. We do not use fingerprinting for this purpose and do not use the IP address as a marketing-attribution identifier.

When using WhatsApp, you leave our website and use a third-party service. WhatsApp's privacy information also applies to data processing by that provider.

Server log files

Our hosting provider (all-inkl.com) automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us, in particular:

• browser type and version
• operating system used
• referrer URL
• hostname of the accessing device
• date and time of the request
• IP address of the requesting device

Processing is carried out to deliver the website, ensure stability and security (e.g., detecting abuse/attacks), and troubleshoot issues (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not merged with other data sources. Log files are deleted on a regular basis; longer retention may occur on a case-by-case basis to preserve evidence in security incidents. Processing is performed on our behalf by our hosting provider (processing under Art. 28 GDPR).

Anonymised reach measurement (cookieless)

To measure the overall reach of our offering, we log requests for our HTML pages server-side on our own hosting. This measurement sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, loads no external tracking services and does not identify you personally:

• IP addresses are irreversibly truncated before storage (IPv4: to /24, with the last octet removed; IPv6: to /48) and cannot be attributed to an individual device.
• Only the following are stored: truncated IP, date/time, requested page path, browser language, hostname of a referring page, user-agent string and explicitly defined campaign parameters (e.g. utm_source, utm_campaign; Google click IDs only as presence without value).
• For the temporary Beetle rental offer, we additionally store eight defined interaction types: display, close and CTA click for the dialog; contact-form opening and successful submission; and display, close and CTA click for the slim campaign teaser. We also store the server-defined offer context and permitted UTM parameters. This is recorded on our own hosting without cookies and independently of consent to optional statistics services.

Because no information is read from or stored on your device (in particular no cookies or fingerprinting), this measurement does not require consent under § 25 TDDDG (German state telecommunications law). The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in reach measurement and improving our offering, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data is not merged with other data sources and is not shared with third parties.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing of personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

7. Social networks (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube)

We maintain online presences on LinkedIn, X/Twitter and YouTube for corporate communication, social media presence, and contact purposes.

When you visit our LinkedIn page, LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland) processes personal data under its own responsibility according to its privacy policy: www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.

When you visit our X profile https://x.com/FrisiLogix, X Corp. processes personal data under its own responsibility according to its privacy policy: x.com/en/privacy.

When you visit our YouTube channel youtube.com/@FrisiLogix, Google Ireland Limited processes personal data under its own responsibility according to Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Visiting our website does not load scripts from LinkedIn, X/Twitter or YouTube and does not set corresponding cookies; only when you click a social media link in the footer will you leave our website and be redirected to the respective provider.
