5. Data collection on this website
Cookies
We use necessary storage to save your privacy choices, operate the website securely, and provide essential site functionality. The legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Optional statistics and marketing services are only activated after your explicit consent. The legal basis is then Section 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Your stored privacy choice is kept for up to 180 days and then requested again.
Statistics / Google Analytics 4
If enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement and website improvement. The Google tag is initialized with Consent Mode and analytics storage denied by default. Analytics cookies, similar storage technologies, and optional measurement are only activated after your consent. Usage data may then be transmitted to Google. We configure Google Analytics with IP anonymization.
Contact and service requests
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process the details you provide to handle your request and communicate with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When using WhatsApp, you leave our website and use a third-party service. WhatsApp's privacy information also applies to data processing by that provider.
Server log files
Our hosting provider (all-inkl.com) automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us, in particular:
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- hostname of the accessing device
- date and time of the request
- IP address of the requesting device
Processing is carried out to deliver the website, ensure stability and security (e.g., detecting abuse/attacks), and troubleshoot issues (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not merged with other data sources. Log files are deleted on a regular basis; longer retention may occur on a case-by-case basis to preserve evidence in security incidents. Processing is performed on our behalf by our hosting provider (processing under Art. 28 GDPR).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing of personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
7. Social networks (LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
We maintain online presences on LinkedIn and X/Twitter for corporate communication, social media presence, and contact purposes.
When you visit our LinkedIn page, LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland) processes personal data under its own responsibility according to its privacy policy: www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.
When you visit our X profile https://x.com/FrisiLogix, X Corp. processes personal data under its own responsibility according to its privacy policy: x.com/en/privacy.
Visiting our website does not load scripts from LinkedIn or X/Twitter and does not set corresponding cookies; only when you click a social media link in the footer will you leave our website and be redirected to the respective provider.
