Gausium Marvel – Autonomous Sweeping Robot for Warehouses, Industry and Large Floors

Gausium Marvel is an autonomous commercial sweeping robot with scrubber-dryer functionality for large and complex hard floors. Two front side brushes collect loose debris in an integrated tray before rear disc brushes perform wet cleaning. Marvel therefore combines sweeping and scrubbing in one pass. Suitability depends on the floor, soil profile, traffic and operating process.

80 / 70 L Clean-/waste-water tanks
55 kg Cleaning pressure
850 mm Minimum passage
5–7 h Scrubbing runtime

Applications for the Gausium Marvel cleaning robot

Marvel is designed for large commercial hard floors with repeatable sweeping and scrub-and-vacuum tasks. Before making a recommendation, we assess the floor covering, soil profile, clearances, pedestrian and vehicle traffic, water handling and cleaning windows on site.

Large retail floors & shopping centers

Expansive hard floors with loose debris and repeatable wet cleaning may benefit from Marvel’s combined sweeping and scrub-and-vacuum process. Operation around customers, edges and detail cleaning are assessed on site.

Gausium Marvel at a glance

Large-format sweep-and-scrub robot with high tank and battery capacity, 55 kg cleaning pressure and combined dry- and wet-cleaning processes.

Sweep and scrub in one pass.

Two front side brushes collect debris in an integrated tray before rear disc brushes perform wet cleaning.

80 L clean water and 70 L waste water.

The large tanks are designed for long cleaning routes. Actual range depends on factors including water flow, route, floor and soil level.

Up to 55 kg cleaning pressure.

High mechanical cleaning pressure supports wet cleaning; pad, water flow and detergent must be matched to the floor.

850 mm minimum passage.

Marvel requires a minimum passage width of 850 mm and a minimum U-turn width of 1,300 mm. Safety clearances and temporary obstacles must be considered on site.

SLAM, 3D LiDAR and 360° vision.

Marvel uses SLAM-based localization with 3D LiDAR and 360° vision for environment sensing. Gausium lists people, vehicles, escalators, carpets, wires and glass doors; this is not a guarantee of complete detection or collision avoidance.

Runtime matched to the cleaning mode.

Gausium specifies 5–7 hours while scrubbing, at least 8 hours while sweeping and at least 10 hours while dust mopping. Internal functions rinse the waste-water tank and suction path but do not replace daily inspection, cleaning or scheduled maintenance.

For large operating floors with combined cleaning tasks

Marvel is designed for large commercial hard floors where loose debris and adhered soil are handled on repeatable routes. A reliable recommendation always requires an on-site assessment of floor type, soil profile, clearances, traffic, water handling and cleaning windows.

Gausium Marvel: site assessment, demo, commissioning and service

Reliable operation on large floors starts with an assessment of the real deployment conditions. We then configure routes, water and charging processes, responsibilities, training and maintenance for the site.

  1. 01

Assess the floor and operating process

We record floor coverings, clearances, soil profile, pedestrian and vehicle traffic, cleaning windows and the water, charging and care processes.

  2. 02

    Demonstrate Marvel on site

The robot is tested on representative routes with typical loose debris and adhered soil; practical output and intervention requirements are documented.

  3. 03

    Commissioning and training

We configure cleaning zones, no-go areas and tasks and train operators in use, quality control, daily cleaning and safe manual processes.

  4. 04

    Service and maintenance in operation

FrisiLogix assists with optimisation, faults, wear parts, scheduled maintenance and assessment of additional deployment areas.
